Badger Hospice, LLC is seeking a skilled Hospice Visit Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, in-person care and support to hospice patients and families every weekend. In this role, you'll deliver skilled nursing visits, respond to urgent patient needs, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and continuity of care.

Schedule

• Every Saturday & Sunday
• 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Consistent, non-rotating schedule
• Holiday coverage as needed

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing visits, admissions, follow-up, and death visits as needed.
• Assess patient needs, manage symptoms, and coordinate care with the hospice team.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the hospice journey.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in patient condition.

What We're Looking For

• Current Wisconsin RN license in good standing.
• Hospice, home health, med-surg, or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical judgment skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and ability to travel between Brookfield and Burlington service areas.
