Badger Hospice, LLC is seeking a compassionate Hospice On-Call Nurse (RN/LPN) to provide after-hours support and skilled nursing care for hospice patients and families throughout the weekend. You'll respond to urgent patient needs, provide clinical guidance, and help ensure comfort and dignity outside of regular business hours.

Schedule

• Every Weekend (Non-Rotating)
• Friday: 5:00PM – Saturday 8:00AM
• Saturday: 5:00PM – Sunday 8:00AM
• Sunday: 5:00PM – Monday 8:00AM
• Holiday coverage as needed

What You'll Do

• Respond to after-hours patient, family, and staff needs.
• Provide skilled nursing care and death visits as needed.
• Assess patient conditions, manage symptoms, and coordinate care.
• Educate families, communicate clinical updates, and maintain accurate documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Current Wisconsin RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Hospice, home health, med-surg, or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical judgment skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and ability to travel between Brookfield and Burlington service areas.
