Job Description:

Tail Feathers Bar & Grill at Hawk's View Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Busser / Dishwasher. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our wait staff, maintaining cleanliness in our dining and kitchen areas, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Assist wait staff by clearing tables, refilling beverages, and delivering plates, glasses, and silverware to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and countertops.
• Collect and wash dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing equipment.
• Empty trash bins and ensure that waste is disposed of properly and in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the restaurant during peak periods.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
